Spacious four-bedroom house in beautiful seaside village of Primelin near Audierne South West Brittany.

Finistere offers the holiday maker proximity to a variety of exceptional long beaches popular for sailing swimming and miles of unspoiled rugged coastline.

Nearby places of interest include France's most western point, the Point de Raz and the cathedral city of Quimper, which is approximately half an hour's drive to the East, with its ancient streets and potteries as well as family activities including fun pool and ice skating to keep the younger family members amused.

Primelin near Audierne is easily reached in just under two hours from Roscoff (Brittany Ferries http://www.brittanyferries.com). From March 2005 there will be direct flights with Flybe http://www2.flybe.com from Exeter to Brest-Guipavas airport from which Car Hire is available.

The house is ideally situated in the village 500 m from the sandy beach pictured below. There is a pretty harbour there as well also a nice Creperie and lovely coastal walks

It is also only 500 m from the house to the local supermarket and the post office and also there are tennis courts adjacent and a Hotel with a good Restaurant.

Four kilometres away is the pretty port of Audierne where the lovely River Goyen meets the sea. Audierne has a full range of shops and services which include baker's, banks, chemists, supermarkets, post office, patisseries etc. A lively Saturday market takes place. Audierne has its own spectacular sandy beach and a good range of restaurants including seafood specialities. Why not take a boat trip to the nearby Ile de Seine or take the children to the new aquarium ?

The house sleeps up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a fitted kitchen/diner seating 8 with fridge/freezer, gas and electric grill/oven, dishwasher and kettle.Also a comfortable lounge

as well as a bath/shower with wash basin.Separate WC

Upstairs there are four bedrooms two doubles one of which has a king size four poster bed

and two twin bedrooms as well as an attractive bathroom in seaside colours with shower wash hand basin and toilet.

On the second floor there is a games room as well as a seating area with panoramic sea views.

In the pretty enclosed garden there are flowers, fruit trees and shrubs and you'll find a barbecue and garden furniture.

Regettably no pets and strictly no smoking at the Property please.

Deposit (Non returnable) £75 on booking and balance plus £100 returnable security deposit (To cover any damage, breakages etc).eight weeks before holiday. There is an additional charge for heating (if required)

Arrival after 2.30 PM please, departure by 10.30AM please.
